• Files you upload: images and other media you provide to generate or edit content.
• Device/technical data: IP address, browser, and basic device information used for security and diagnostics.

How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service and its features.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions and credit balances via Stripe.

AI Providers and Data Processing

To generate and edit content, we integrate third-party AI services such as Google AI (e.g., Gemini/Imagen) and related Google APIs. Prompts and uploaded assets you choose to process may be transmitted to these providers for inference. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

Storage and Retention

We use Firebase services (e.g., Firestore and Firebase Storage) to store account data, credit balances, and generated media URLs. We retain data while your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Sharing

• With processors such as Stripe (payments), Firebase (hosting/storage), and AI providers as described.
• With service providers who assist us in operations under confidentiality obligations.
